WHAT IF IT RAINS?

Rain can be a problem. We offer several options.

  • Cancel the event

    There is a 50% cancellation fee, payable the day of the event.

  • Tenting

    Tents must be booked in advance. We cannot put tents up in the rain. Tents cannot be canceled 30 days prior to the event! (Click Here For More information on Tents)

  • Rain Insurance

    This is an increasingly more popular alternative. For a 10% fee (20% for a June date), payable rain or shine, you may pick another date in advance. We will hold the second date open for you upon availability at the time of the booking. You may then reschedule your event if it rains. As insurance, it is not refundable. Minimum insurance is $150.00

CAN WE HAVE THE LEFTOVERS?

Of Course you can! Leftovers are considered any food that is put out on the buffet or is already cooked on the grill. We bring food that will accommodate all you can eat during your event. Uncooked hamburgers, hot-dogs or other foods not put out or cooked are not considered leftovers. Also, canned soda is not considered a leftover.

WILL WE HAVE ENOUGH FOOD?

The most commonly asked question. We have been preparing picnics for 16 years. We are very good at what we do. You can rest assured that you will have enough food.

DO WE TIP THE SERVICE PERSONNEL?

Tipping is customary in food service. A tip is appropriate, it is always welcome and appreciated!

WHAT IF MY PARTY IS STILL
GOING AFTER THE ALLOTTED TIME?

If it is possible for us to leave the set-up at your site after the allotted time, we will if you wish. It may also be possible to have the grill person stay for additional time. This is strictly done on a situational basis and can be discussed beforehand or dealt with the day of the event. Since we do multiple events day to day, it is hard for us to determine if we will need the equipment ahead of time, however, we will make every effort to try to accommodate you. There will be a fee for us to return, this will depend on how far the site is away from our location.

WHEN DO I MAIL IN A DEPOSIT?
WHEN IS THE FINAL COUNT DUE?

A 25% deposit is due when you book the date. It is non-refundable after seven (7) days. Final count is due one (1) week prior to event. You may increase but not decrease the count after that date. Payment is through check, cash, or major credit card. Final payment is due day of event.
